We need your help.

AYSO is an ALL-VOLUNTEER organization and as you can imagine, there are many details involved to make the program run smoothly. Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas, and our goal this season is 100% participation from our region’s families donating time to the organization.

We have listed below several ways in which you could help. Some only involve simple phone calling, while others involve field activities.

Please check one or more activities as your contribution to this seasons success.

	Team Parent / Managers Coordinate & communicate team business, such as phone calls, snacks, trophies, etc...
	Phone Tree Member To assist Team Manager (3-4 per team)
	Field Assistance To help at field at the beginning and end of season 1-2 hours
	Coaches & Assistant Coaches All age groups. 3-4 hours per week.
	Referees One hour per game, without you we can’t play
	Sideline Officials (Lineman) One hour
COMMITTEE MEMBERS
	Publicity / Public Relations Help publicize events phone calls, design & distribution of flyers, etc...
	Fund Raising Help with pickup, distribution of fund raising, keep records, etc...
	Newsletters Help make copies, distribute etc...
